- It's very simple, just go to death form, enter your name, birth date, sex etc. Your details won't be stored anywhere, so don't be afraid to click calculate.

- There are many death dates related to your details, but three of them seem to be corrent in 99% - neutral 78% / pessimistic 12% / optimistic 8%.
